Hello everyone, as someone who spends most of their time outdoors, I've confidently navigated the skincare world for years. I've explored nearly every trending face wash, moisturizer, and sunscreen available. To give you some context, I don't work a typical 9-5; my days are spent under the sun and exposed to the elements. My skin is sensitive and prone to breakouts, and the sun often leaves it dry. Despite these challenges, I've diligently sought solutions to manage my acne and dryness, aiming for healthier and happier skin. I invest in high-quality products, which tend to be on the pricier side, because I trust their effectiveness. My recommendations are specifically for those in their mid-20s who encounter similar skin challenges.
On this blog, my mission is to inspire my readers with valuable products for every aspect of life. Today, I’m sharing three products that have truly transformed my skincare routine for the better.

My Favorite Face Wash
I confidently choose a face wash with exfoliating properties that remains gentle on the skin. If you spend significant time outdoors, applying plenty of sunscreen is essential. However, daily sunscreen use can clog pores. I've discovered that a face wash with gentle exfoliating properties effectively breaks down and removes sunscreen. Despite common recommendations, I wash my face in the shower, as I find that using this face wash with a bit of steam enhances its effectiveness!
My go to Moisturizer
I'm quite selective when it comes to moisturizers! I evaluate them based on their texture, scent, and how they perform throughout the day.
For texture, I like something that is very smooth going on the skin, and doesnt feel thick and heavy. I feel something that goes on smooth makes me feel like it is actually being absorbed instead of sitting on the surface (my opinion, not fact).
For scent, I try to avoid anything with a lot of essential oils in it. Unlike their surname, I find essential oils in my moisturizers to be non-essential. A light, fresh scent is what I tend to lean towards.
If we are being honest, I think that texture and performance throughout the day go hand in hand. I feel like a smoother moisturizer doesn't feel sticky as you go through your day. I hate it when I put a moisturizer on and my hair gets stuck to my face because of it!
The BEST Sunscreen
This product is indeed on the pricier side, but it's worth every penny. A friend gifted it to me for my birthday, and I was immediately captivated. Despite the cost, I can't part with it!
Just like with my moisturizers, I prioritize texture and feel in sunscreen too. ReVive sunscreen offers the perfect feel; it applies smoothly and leaves no white cast. It excels in providing all-day protection. The added advantage is that it doubles as a moisturizer without compromising its protective qualities.
I've tried numerous sunscreens before discovering this one, from powders to roll-on sticks and popular brands. It wasn't until I found this product that I became truly committed to daily sunscreen application. I believe it's because I genuinely enjoy using my luxurious sunscreen!
